Have an interest in an item not in the catalog? Looking for something of higher quality, more customized, or done in gold instead of silver or pewter? Requesting a custom product may be the option you need.
Custom orders though, are not a simple as simple as premade orders, and often require lengthy correspondence and time to plan out.
Pricing for a custom order is generally twice the cost of raw materials, plus twenty dollars an hour, with most projects taking about five hours.
